Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the product being delivered. We will refund your shipping costs only if it is being returned due to a manufacturing or printing defect. We are not responsible for return shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges for any other reason.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition in the package they were mailed in.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Send an email to orders@heyiloveyou.net and include a note with your name, order number, reason for return or exchange, and any other pertinent info. Someone from our team will reach out to you ASAP to organize the return / exchange. 

If it has been longer than 14 days since the item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot exchange or refund you for it. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s).

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
