Shipping
While shipping time varies depending on a variety of factors our orders are generally processed, printed, and shipped within 3-5 business days on average. It is not uncommon for packages being shipped to the US to arrive roughly 1 week after the order date.
Shipping rates are determined live on the front end of our website based upon the size and weight of the products, speed of shipping time selected, and the location they are being shipped to.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an order tracking page. On this page you can track the progress and status of your order and see the estimated delivery date (EDT).
The estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.
Think:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Issues with print/embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
To cut down on waste and inefficiency, we carry little to no inventory and all of our products are made to order. Products are manufactured and shipped from different locations around the world depending on where the order is shipping to. This ensures the fastest shipping times at the best rates possible.
We strive to ship all products in an order at the same time but in some cases, products from the same order can be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately and you will receive them at different times.
If for whatever reason your packages get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
We do ship internationally but these orders can take a longer due to customs and other delays that occur when shipping packages across the globe.
We do not ship internationally to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
Due to COVID-19 we can not ship to these countries: Brunei, Eritrea, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Martinique, Mongolia, Myanmar, Reunion Island, Samoa, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
